2024 Samsung s22 ultra moisture detected won

So as you can see in the picture my ultra charges nightly.... But it hits the 30s/40s percent and never gets better. During the day when I charge it, it very slowly charges through the 25-75% range. This is with a 25w charger and cable (have tried with diff chargers). Anyone else having this issue? Edit: fwiw phone always says 'super fast charging'. Indeed we
